BIDDERS BE AWARE RENAULT FORD FAIT

why is it if you bid win pay and then you are told you cant have the car do we have to wait 10 days before ebay will even look into this or the person who is selling on this site one such person did this to me after arngeing collection having time off work then he tells me its a mistake that it sold for this price yes i got a refund of mymoney bid but nothing for the expence these people should be banned and more of a insult its back on ebay for sale again along with other services offered ie delivery etc wake up ebay
