Karcher Jet Wash / Power Hose

If you are like me then you want to get good quality items for a knockdown price. If you are looking at buying any Karcher product of ebay then read this first.

The majority of karcher items on ebay are refurbished products, which means they broke or someone bought it and didn't like it and then these are sent to Karcher. Karcher then "fix-them-up" and sell them for a lower price. People then get hold of them and sell them on ebay for a marginal profit but often the warranty is then void.

When browisng through the item description and you see anything that says:

"A grade" or "Almost New" these are all refurbished by Karcher. Don't let this put you off but often the warranty is void, the parts have a tendancy to be poorer, and in both occasions of me buying a Karcher jet washer which was refurbished the seller i bought didn't respond and the phone number given was not reconised and the address was invalid.

Another way to tell if you are buying a refurbished Karcher or a new Karcher is to look at the box. If you can see the box in the picture and it looks like this:

You are buying a brand new or second hand karcher jet wash but these have not being refurbished.

Boxes that are all brown and just say karcher on them are refurbished models, so beware. This is an example of a refurbished listing on ebay.

And as always check feedback and even ask the seller and keep a log incase anything unexpected happans.
