Auctiva is without a doubt one of the best Auction Management Tools i've come across for sellers. It allows you to manage your listings, images, auction templates, build a shop etc. All of these features are very costly when you use the Ebay Tools but through Auctiva, you can do all these things for free! Yes, absolutely free!! It pretty much starts with the straight-forward registration process, it them goes into asking you for your Ebay username and for permission to sync up with your Ebay account, all of which is totally allowed by Ebay themselves, as the designers of Auctiva are part of the Ebay Development Team. Auctiva will then import all your Active listings into its system, don't worry, they are still 'Live' on Ebay, it simply imports them so that you may start working on them should you want to using the Auctiva platform.
You will then be able to create your new listings using all your imported images by clicking the tab on the Auctiva toolbar that simply says 'Listings'. The sub-headings under this are 'New Listings', 'Saved Listings' and a few more. When you create a listing - Auvtiva allows you to design your very own Template using your logo etc. or simply use over 100 of its own templates that they have designed for you and very good they are too.
You can also build a shop on Auctiva - another cool feature which would cost you money on Ebay but through Auctica - absolutely nothing. Setting up your shop is pretty much straightforward as you just have to follow the options on the Auvtiva toolbar under 'Shop' - you can customise your shop as much as you want. You will be given a website address for it so you can advertise it if you want - it will automatically use all your Active Ebay Listings as the items you currently have for sale as this is what it was originally intended for, although as you become more familiar with creating listings you will find that you can create a listing strictly for your shop and not for Ebay.
I cannot tell you enough how impressive Auctiva is, as it also allows you to have a very cool scrolling slideshow on your auctions showing all your other live listings. If you are a seller on Ebay or looking to become a seller, I would suggest you check out Auctiva and take some time to understand it because it will single-handedly make listing and controlling your auctions, a complete dream.
